After so many weeks away, we’re finally back where we want to be: at work in our stores, helping you look and feel your best. But we haven’t forgotten our number one priority: the health and safety of our employees and the communities we serve. Here are just a few of the ways that we’re keeping our stores extra clean post-reopening.

For your safety, we’re sanitising our spaces frequently.
And, as always, we fully adhere to health and
safety regulations.


Temperature Scan

We check each guest’s temperature before anyone
joins us inside.


Check In

Please log-in your details using our digital registration system. It’ll only take a few seconds.


Keep It Clean

Hand sanitisers are placed in-store for the use of
our guests.


Go Contactless

For the safety of our guests and our staff, we have
contactless payment enabled. Not only is it safer —
it’s easier.


Long(ish) Distance

Need help keeping a safe distance from other customers?
We’ve set up place markers in front of our registers to
take the guesswork out of it.


Finding Your Fit

Our fitting rooms in boutique stores and factory outlet stores are open! Rest assured that all our fitting rooms are sanitised three times per hour. Also, in-store alteration services have resumed. For now, we’ll need a bit more time with this, so we’ll have your new clothes ready the next day. Products are sanitised after fittings and alterations.


Product Exchanges

What if the products you’ve just bought aren’t quite the perfect fit? Don’t worry; you may exchange them for the right size within 15 days after purchase. Please ensure that the products have not been altered; that all original tags remain intact on the product; and that you keep your receipt. Applies to normal priced items only.
